Shipping Information

Important note: We will upgrade shipping method for every bulk order above 5 items. Please contact us with your order ID to request upgrade.

Everything on the Our Store is printed just for you, so a lot of thought goes into the way each item is made and shipped. We work with a global team of manufacturers and shipping services to get your order from the site to your door.

1. Once you buy, we’ll send you an order confirmation email, with some important details like order number, order summary, total cost, and chosen shipping address.

2. Each item you order is custom made for you, meaning we don’t hold stock in a warehouse somewhere. Printing usually takes  3-5 business days. We have a global network of 3rd party printers that are masters at their craft. The type of product you order and your shipping address affect where the product is made. Because of this, your order can sometimes come in different packages and arrive on different days.

3. Your order is shipped to your door. Or your office. Or wherever. When it’s on the way, you should receive a shipping confirmation email. Shipping times vary depending on where it’s going and are automatically calculated at checkout.

Shipping destinations and shipping fees

The package will be delivered after fulfillment (3-5 business days). A shipping tracking link will be added to your order when it is shipped. If anything else is not announced, shipping fees specified in US Dollar (USD) will be displayed in checkout before the final payment step.

For orders that are delayed by the date of delivery, contact us and we will send you the tracking code, and you can locate where the package is, we always try our best to deliver the goods to you as quickly as possible. For cases of force majeure due to natural disasters, epidemics, please sympathize with us and the transport unit.

For missing orders, take a picture of the package and send it to us via contact email. We will consider and compensate you satisfactorily.

If you wish to change your shipping address, please notify us as soon as possible before the goods are shipped. If the item has been shipped, please try to have the recipient at the old address.

International taxes and duties

All shipments are sent by USPS or DHL. The order will be sent to the address you enter at the checkout. The shipping country is chosen at checkout. All prices, currencies, VAT, delivery times and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you would like your items shipped to. Our website will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. You will recieve a tracking link along with your shipment confirmation when your package leaves the warehouse.
